About the event
Mat pilates exercises are focused on improving body posture and flexibility by straightening core muscles, pelvic floor and hips and glutes. Through a series of floor exercises using resistance bands and pilates ball, the workout will help you build, sculpt and tone the muscles, giving your body a long, lean look as well as help you release any tension and stress you might have.
