Board Directors

Lesley Schwartz, 44, is Chairman, a mother of two and works locally for a voluntary organisation. She has been involved with a number of local community based groups as a volunteer and committee member. She re-joined as a member for the second time in 1995 after having children and is a member of the Bowls Section. Lesley's responsibility as Chairman is to ensure the Board fulfills its statutory duties and the club is run smoothly.

Kate Brown is 44 years young and has worked for Bank of America for 18 years. She has been Tennis member at PGC since 2003 and prior to being a Director was on the Tennis Section Committee. Kate has been a Director since Oct 2007 and is responsible for membership, marketing and publicity of the Club.

Andrew Medhurst is 43 years old and works for Lloyds TSB in financial markets. He joined the club as a Tennis member in 2006 and was elected to the board in October 2007. Andrew has Director responsibility for the club website and will work with fellow director Tom Bright to better analyse club income and expenditures and help to improve the club's financial stability.

Nick Lawrence is a social member and is busy ensuring that the accounts and bookkeeping of the club is computerised as well as administering the club office.
