Meet our Team
Matt joined Parsons Green Club as CEO in early 2023. Matt has over 30 years of experience in overseeing the management and development of private members’ clubs and he brings invaluable experience to all aspects of the operation.
He worked for Virgin for over 10 years, where he was responsible for running one of Sir Richard Branson’s wholly-owned businesses, the prestigious Kensington Roof Gardens. In his time, Matt has launched several new private members’ clubs and has also been instrumental in several hospitality business turnaround projects.
Our General Manager, Ricardo joined the Club in June 2019. He comes with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector in which time he has worked at a number of private members’ clubs. He is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of your club dealing with all aspects of the needs of club members and staff alike.
Ricardo is actively involved with the CMAE (Club Management Association of Europe) where he has achieved the Club Management Diploma and is currently working towards his Certified Club Manager accreditation.
Charlotte joined us in 2023 as our Events Manager. She has more than ten years of operational events experience in the hospitality sector. Most recently Charlotte spent more than five years on the events team for Proud Cabaret in London.
Charlotte is responsible for developing event sales for both corporate and private as well as taking direct responsibility for managing the success of each event that takes place at the club. Harvey is the former Executive Chef of Bluebird Chelsea and 34 Mayfair to name but two. Harvey has a gift for exceptional dining and a wealth of culinary knowledge which we are excited to share with you.
Having worked on several projects in the past, Matt knew straight away that Harvey was the perfect executive chef to take control of developing a range of catering facilities that would exceed the expectations of the members of Parsons Green Club.
Head Chef Events
Bonito has over 30 years of experience as executive chef. He was head chef at Kensington Roof Gardens for 6 years where he oversaw the catering function for all the external events and summer BBQs.
This experience has elevated our catering offering for both corporate and private events at the club, something that can only enhance the appeal of hosting events at Parsons Green. He will also be working with the club to create a BBQ menu for 2024, we simply can’t wait for next Summer!
Head of Fitness and Coaches
Tian is our new head trainer and fitness facilities manager. She is a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Stretch Coach, and life enthusiast! She graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance with a first-class honours degree in ballet. Over the course of my nine years in teaching, she has furthered her education, with a current focus on injury management and helping individuals move functionally, pain-free, and at their best.
She is also certified in Sports Nutrition and Wellness Coaching and provides guidance on lifestyle changes to help you achieve a healthy, compromise-free balance.
